Purchasing one of our immersive Spaces is a big commitment. This makes it vital that all of our teachers can use the features and benefits of this fantastic space. To help make sure that this happens, all the hardware within our immersive spaces are high-quality products with proven reliability and extended warranties.

We understand that there will be times when you need our help and support, and on these occasions, there are several ways you can get in touch.

Telephone Support
Between 08.30 – 17.00 Monday – Friday
Our friendly, efficient and knowledgeable staff can diagnose and solve most connectivity issues with a straightforward phone call.

Remote Support
Using remote PC login, we can access our clients’ PCs to diagnose and solve problems as they occur quickly. This means that support can be provided extremely timely and efficiently.

Guaranteed On-site Engineer Response
For problems that cannot be resolved via the telephone or our remote support service, our On-site Engineer support will attend.

Loan Replacement
Should our engineer be unable to resolve your fault during a site visit, then the appropriate replacement equipment will be delivered to site and fitted, whilst your faulty equipment is at the repair centre.
